Shipping & Exchange Policy

The Shipping Policy applies to all purchases of products. For your convenience we offer a cash on delivery option. 

Please note that all delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed All delivery dates represent the total number of working days we estimate to deliver your order. 

The Beautique shall not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delay delivered. We try our best to fulfil the commitments for our customers. 

- 200 PKR Delivery charges across Pakistan.

- All orders may take up to 1 to 5 working days to be delivered to your doorstep.

Return Policy:

We also ensure that our customers are satisfied and hence we keep a cooperative and considerate approach in our return and refund policy.

All products will only be exchanged or refunded in the following cases:

The product is damaged

The product is defective or faulty. 

All items need to be unworn, in original packing with tags attached. Change of mind is not applicable to return & exchange policy. 

Till When Can I Claim This? 

Please make sure that you send in this request within 3 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 3 days of delivery. 

How Do I Send The Item Back? 

Once your request has been approved, you will simply courier it back to us. We shall share the details with you when you email or messages us.

 What About Shipping Costs? 

We are more than happy to return your shipping costs in the following cases:

If the item was damaged when received by the customer. If the wrong item was delivered. 

In all other cases, you (customer) will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us. 

Does This Apply To Items I Bought On Sale As Well? 

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

What If I Just Want To Cancel An Order? 

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at info@beautique.com. Please read our Customer Care Section for more details. 

Please Note: 

Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged. Tags and labels must be intact.
